How to Import Your Mahjong Club Roster
How hosts can move a spreadsheet of players into Mah-Join with a simple CSV roster upload.
Start with three simple columns
A clean roster import only needs name, email, and phone number. Keeping the CSV simple helps avoid mismatched columns and makes it easier to move an existing club list out of a spreadsheet.
Preview before creating accounts
Before you import, review the preview for missing emails, duplicate rows, or names that need cleanup. Rows with email addresses can become unclaimed player accounts tied to your host roster.
Let players claim their profile
Imported players can receive a claim email with a secure link. When they claim the account, they choose their username, set a password, and can manage their Mah-Join profile going forward.
