Use the dashboard as your event home base
The Pro dashboard brings hosted events, attendee lists, paid orders, waitlists, and roster contacts into one place. It is meant to replace the pile of tabs, notes, and spreadsheets that can build up before an event.
Check in players as they arrive
On event day, use attendee management to see who has paid, who is expected, and who has checked in. This keeps the host focused on the room instead of manually reconciling signups.
Handle refunds without rebuilding the event
If a paid RSVP needs a full refund, the host can refund that attendee and release the seat. If the event price changes downward, Mah-Join can issue partial refunds while keeping existing attendees on the roster.
