Player reservations and ticket waitlists
A paid seat is confirmed after checkout is complete. Joining a sold-out ticket waitlist does not charge the player or create an RSVP, and other ticket options in the same event can remain available.
Players can find confirmed reservations, hosted events, pending checkout, and waitlist spots in My Games.
Mah-Join Pro host tools
Pro hosts can create ticket options with separate prices, skill levels, and capacities, then manage rosters, ticket-specific waitlists, check-in, reminders, promo codes, and CSV contact imports.
Capacity can be added without removing existing RSVPs, while safeguards prevent reducing a ticket below seats already sold or held.
Payments, refunds, and host payouts
Stripe checkout keeps the ticket price, Mah-Join service fee, calculated venue sales tax, refunds, and eligible post-event host payouts connected to the event.
Hosts can refund a full order, one seat from a multi-seat purchase, or a price difference while keeping the remaining RSVP active.
